Jess is a devoted advocate for mental health, suicide prevention, and trauma-affected individuals. She has her own lived and living experience of mental ill-health and suicidality, which drives her to be a passionate and fierce supporter in this space. She is affiliated with many lived and living experienced advisory groups in the mental health and domestic and family violence sector. This provides a platform for her to connect and use her experiences to educate, encourage and inform.
Jess has a background in technology and is currently studying psychological science, intending to go into research to focus on digital health and suicide prevention. Jess has an almighty love for animals, especially cats. She has a grey and white cat named Pocket, who has been an amazing support.
