On 9 October 2017, we rebranded and relaunched as Everymind.

At Everymind we believe in a world where all people and all communities are mentally healthy and live well. To achieve that vision, we need to ensure that prevention is a national priority and put it into practice – across every setting and across every community.  

Why Everymind?

We think big and prevention is at the heart of everything that we do. We work across the lifespan and in the settings where people live, work, study and play.

We believe that every sector, every community and every individual can make a meaningful contribution to improving mental health and preventing suicide.

At Everymind, we have a strong ethos of working in partnership and building the capacity of others so that our work can have a greater impact, now and into the future.

For us, the name Everymind will help us to communicate about the work that we do, as well as the way we go about doing it.

An Institute built on reputation

While our name and our logo have changed - our values, our work, and our people stay the same.

We have built a strong reputation for delivering high quality work in mental health and suicide prevention over the past 25 years. 

In recent years we have been working as a team to define our unique contribution to the mental health and suicide prevention landscape in Australia, and have set our five key priorities in our Strategic Plan: Towards 2020.

The rebranding to Everymind is part of that strategic planning process.

We have a diverse and passionate team of over 40 people. Our staff bring a rich personal and professional commitment to our work, and a diversity of skills and perspectives.

We are passionate about the work we do and value working together, and with others, for the best outcomes for our communities.

We value the contribution that every staff member makes to our work, whether they have worked here for 2 days or over 20 years.

The rebranding to Everymind is part of that strategic planning process.
